AMH 1 Ton MA Series Hand Chain Hoist

All Material Handling’s MA Series hand chain hoists offer quality and value in capacities ranging from ½ to 30 Tons and standard lifts of 10, 15 or 20 feet. The MA010 is the 1-ton model with a 10 ft lift. With an additional pinion shaft and close tolerances, the MA hand chain hoists offer an increased efficiency. It’s lightweight yet durable all steel construction features a plated frame and guide components and a rounded hand chain entrance for zinc plated chains.

MA010 Manual Chain Hoist Key Features

Model # MA010 features 1-Ton capacity and 10 feet of lift. All Model MA’s are assembled and tested in the USA. The maintenance manual is available in English, Spanish and French. Additional key features of this overhead manual chain hoist include:

  • Premium Grade 80 Zinc Plated Alloy Load Chain
  • Lightweight & Durable all steel construction with powder-coated finish and plated frame components to resist corrosion
  • Bolted Hook Blocks allow complete hook inspections
  • Self-adjusting Double Pawl Brake - This disc type mechanical load brake ensures positive load control
  • Rounded Hand Chain Entrance - Hand chain opening is formed with a radius for smooth operation
  • Optional Overload Protection is a one directional clutch that will only slip in the lift direction
  • Meets industry standards, such as ASM B30.21, OSHA, NASA-STD-87.19.19, ATEX rated EX II 3 GD C 11B 54 degrees CX (for limited use in hazardous locations)
