All Material Handling 1.5 Ton Manual Chain Hoist

All Material Handling’s MA Series hand chain hoists offer quality and value in capacities of ½ to 30 Tons, with standard lifts of 10, 15 or 20 feet.  The MA015 is the 1.5-ton capacity model with a 10-foot lift. These manual chain hoists offer increased efficiency through an additional pinion shaft bearing and close tolerances. The hoist’s lightweight and durable all steel construction features a plated frame and guide components, rounded hand chain entrance and zinc plated chains.

1.5 Ton Hand Chain Hoist Features

Model # MA015 features 1 ½-Ton capacity and 10 feet of lift. All Model MA’s are assembled and tested in the USA. The maintenance manual is available in English, Spanish and French. Additional hoist features include:

  • Premium Grade 80 Zinc Plated Alloy Load Chain
  • Lightweight & Durable all steel construction with powder-coated finish and plated frame components to resist corrosion
  • Bolted Hook Blocks allow complete hook inspections
  • Self-adjusting Double Pawl Brake - This disc type mechanical load brake ensures positive load control
  • Rounded Hand Chain Entrance - Hand chain opening is formed with a radius for smooth operation
  • Optional Overload Protection is a one directional clutch that will only slip in the lift direction
  • Meets industry standards, such as ASM B30.21, OSHA, NASA-STD-87.19.19, ATEX rated EX II 3 GD C 11B 54 degrees CX (for limited use in hazardous locations)
