Shupper-Brickle inspects fixed ladders per OSHA standards throughout New Jersey, the Greater NYC area, the Greater Philadelphia area, Delaware, and Eastern Shore Maryland.
Includes the completion of any required reports at all intervals required to maintain compliance with OSHA 1910.27 and ANSI-ASL A14.3 safety and design requirements.
Our Fixed Ladder Services include:
• Inspection of all Ladder Components – Inspection of all ladder structural components such as rails, rungs, horizontal cables, splices, hatches and catch mechanisms. Inspect for proper back, front, and side clearances and check for proper pitch.
• Damage Detection – Check for corrosion, deterioration, or other weather-related damange. Check for any cracked welds, loose or missing fasteners, broken or kinked wires, and dissimilar materials in ladder construction or past repairs. Ensure safe vertical access to building utilities and systems.
• Ladder Maintenance – Lubrication of all cables and other components with grease fittings. Application of lubricant to all pivot points on points and levers. Installation of all inspection stickers and labels.
• Required Documentation & Inspection Report – Proof of inspection supplied at completion. Detailed reports listing any needed repairs or deficiency. Any ladder system that fails inspection will be red tagged and your contact advised. Quotes for repair or replacement are provided upon request.
